I'll admit I'm hardly the most skilled gamer, but I know my way around a game. Yet, I cannot seem to even get past the first group of levels here. I can get Wolverine pretty consisently and occasionally Psylocke or Beast, bt all five levels with only two tries a piece? Fuggetaboutit. Were all games this difficult back when this came out, was it unusually hard or this just a genere I don't get? (I was never any good at Street Fighter either, which seems to use a ot of similar mechanics.)

I gave you some tips in this thread: http://www.mobygames.com/forums/dga,2/dgb,5/dgm,46444/ , but it seems you ignored them.

No. We just didn't have game-specific boards then. I would have just moved the old thread if I could.

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't trying to backseat moderate. I just thought you hadn't seen it. If it helps, once you've finished the first five levels, you get a password after every level.
