The cover art set without a country is probably a mix of different releases. The front and the back are identical to the UK covers (same product codes as well), but the disc and the jewel case seem different. It seems the jewel case and the disc are likely from the US release, with the UK covers included in the same set. This is further confirmed as the set was added/updated by 3 different contributors.
