I'm capturing them using pSX emulator. The aspect ratio in-game is rather odd: 512x240. Cut-scenes and menus are in 320x240. Will such shots be accepted?

Some Playstation games use odd resolutions that look fine on a TV as they get stretched. I'd recommend doubling the vertical size, 512x480, when you submit them.
