Various sources list either Nintendo or HAL - does anyone know for certain who the developer on this was? Wiki lists Nintendo; Kyoto Report lists HAL (based on the hi-score table); VGMPF lists both HAL & Nintendo R&D1; Nintendo Wiki has Nintendo R&D1 (typo as R&D2; their R&D1 page has it listed, not R&D2). We have a mix of both developers for our release info.

It should be noted that HAL themselves don't list this on their Release Timeline (earliest FC title is Gall Force).
