Does this game actually have QTEs? I'm on Chapter 7 so far and haven't hit a single one. Wondering if the first one should be in the QTE group.

Unless they count some of the moves, which require timed pressing of buttons, there are no QTEs whatsoever in Yakuza. Nor in Yakuza 2, by the way.
