I found this disc but It was made for 3.1 / win95, and even though I've tried every exe in compatibility mode, it says it can't run on my machine.

Anyone get it to work?

Only in a virtual machine or using a program called OTVDM (not guaranteed to work).

You can try running windows 3.1 in DOSBox and then run the game in that.
