My US version is already 1.5 and the in-game update only updated to 1.6.
I've read that several add-ons were made available later, usually listed as a Patch v1.7x. Do any of these apply to the Single player game .. or area they all for Multiplayer?
Temptation
Tainted Blood
Curse of Souls

The add-on Temptation was never released but served as foundation for the upconming Two Worlds II. Tainted Blood and Curse of Souls both add multiplayer maps which can be played alone too.

Temptation was never released because they transformed it into Two Worlds II (which will hit stores sometime this year).
Tainted Blood is indeed only for multiplayer and is patch v1.7 - but you can still open up a server and play alone.
Curse of Souls adds a whole new area and is called v1.7b which is also the most current patch and should include Tainted Blood afaik -> http://curseofsouls.2-worlds.com/?l=en
