So, I decided to save the prisoner by playing doctor. I've already got the doctor's clothes and I've taken the prisoner to the hospital shed. However, I have no idea how to get him to the escape point. When I try to leave the camp with him following me, the game says that I'm not allowed to leave a determined area with the prisoner, and sure enough, if I try the guards detect me immediately. I've got wire cutters, but never found out where to use them.
So... how do I smuggle him out?

Okay, figured it out. I just had to kill most of the guards who might see me, and then make a wild, desperate dash to the exit while cursing the prisoner's lousy pathfinding and his tendency to stand in place and stare blankly whenever I go more than 10 feet from him.
