The back cover on file for the US release shows screenshots using the revised art from Formgen's later Spear of Destiny mission disks. The game itself uses the same art from the original Wolf3D, as the Canadian box shows.

Anyone know if there's a story there? Were the revised textures originally meant to be used in Spear also? Just a slip-up in the box art?
