Is this legal? After a quick glance at that site, I couldn't find any statement to that effect. That would be sweet though, I always wanted to try this one out and they even have a patch to make it playable under modern OS.

I'm pretty sure it's legal. I remember reading in a magazine about it being released for free, a couple years back.
