The PS titles Freestyle Boardin' '99 and Phat Air Extreme Snowboarding are exactly the same.

Note: There are two "Zap! Snowboarding Trix" SS titles but I didn't play them. Yet.

Nice find!

Confirmed through various gameplay videos on Youtube. Merge has been done and titles changed. I retained both descriptions for now. They are very similar, but one has a bit more details that should be edited into the other.
