This game appears that it may be a duplicate of: http://www.mobygames.com/game/win3x/gettysburg-an-interactive-battle-simulation

It's hard to tell though because this entry is so sparse. The developers are the same though. So unless this was a later release deserving of it's own entry, then that would suggest this is a dupe.

edit: nevermind. I found evidence of both games. They are different.
