This is going to be an odd question, but hopefully the internet forensic researchers that hang around here can help.

The game includes a comic book as a bonus feature, but apparently, this same comic was also available online from Sega's website. Unfortunately I've been unable to find a copy of this comic - or the location of its official website to type into the Wayback Archive.

Does anyone have the pages saved by any chance?

I couldn't find the comic. The manual claims it was on the Japanese Sega site, but crawling through the archives doesn't turn it up. The relevant pages are:

http://web.archive.org/web/*/www.sega.co.jp/deka2/

http://web.archive.org/web/*/www.sega.co.jp/dreamcast/software/deka2/

The earliest version of the second page links to a 'comic1.gif' which may or may not have been what you're looking for, but that's all I could find by looking through the archives. It's possible they were not released on the actual pages for the game, so you might have some luck if you just dig around in Sega's site in late 1998, but I can't promise anything.

Good luck.
