I tried out this game and did not get to the Hentai parts, that I noticed after on this page that it was indeed a Hentai game. Ofc when playing games on this machine. If any like to see, here is a gameplay of it: https://youtu.be/s0AdE89e0x8
Overall the music was great, loved the music at the school/hospital place.

it's actually not a true hentai game, but a licensed game based on a Go Nagai manga, and Nagai loves violence and naked ladies, so an adaptation faithful to his work could definitely turn out "Adult". I guess that's why it came out on PC-x8. A little weird that nobody here noticed it was based on an existing property. Then again, the Japanese Wikipedia page for the franchise doesn't even mention this game exists... and I had no idea either until I saw this topic.
I tried looking around a little for who the composer might be, but I didn't have any luck. A video of the ending seemed to indicate there was no credits (maybe?), and I haven't seen any manual scans. It's not even clear what studios/developers Enix contracted to develop the game...
