CD-i & Mac versions unreleased? (The Dame Was Loaded)

According to interview I found (source), the CD-i and Macintosh versions of the game were never officially released. Does anyone have any sources that prove otherwise or should the two platforms be removed? I couldn't find any sources in the approval comments.
