In Mission 9 (nuclear meltdown in Frankfurt), I can't seem to decontaminate victims successfully -- even after I take them out of the radioactive fallout (even all the way to the edge of the map) and decontaminate them, they only stay that way for a second or so and then become radioactive again! Is this because the radiation in the game is contagious, like some kind of infectious disease? In other words, if an unprotected person goes near another person who's radioactive, does that make the first person radioactive as well?
