According to GUE, this was also released for Japanese computers:

"The game was written only for the Apple II, but was ported by Japanese firm Comptique Inc. for the NEC series (non-MSX) computer."

I suppose the company should be Comptiq and that they are referring to PC88 or PC98, but I've found absolutely no information about it on any other sites
