Plus, even Atarimania and archive.org confirm that this release is NTSC, not PAL http://www.atarimania.com/game-atari-400-800-xl-xe-action-biker_6833.html and https://archive.org/details/a8b_Action_Biker_1985_Mastertronic_US_k_file I'd change it myself, but there is no option to change the region of an image that is already present in the editing menu
