So Ocarina of Time 3D is a different entry, Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D is too, but this isn't? Kind of confusing...

When the entry was submitted, it was discussed wether it should be separate or same entry, and it was decided to accept it as a new platform because the changes are minor.

The triforce charts quest towards the end of the game is scaled back considerably. The Tingle Tuner was completely removed. A new difficulty level (hero mode) was added. Various support modes for the gamepad screen was implemented. Miiverse support through bottles allow people to share in-game photos through the camera to build up their collection. I'm probably forgetting some differences, but that's still more than I can think of for Ocarina of Time 3D (Master quest and tweaked script?)

It also depends on our knowledge. If the differences are large enough they can cover multiple paragraphs and there is someone knowledgeable to write that description, it could just as well be a separate game entry for the sake of clarity. However, as stated, most games ported over to an additional platform are fairly straightforward in that regard just to be cost effective. It all changes with a new release for an existing platform in the system here on MG.
