Hi all, I have a few questions about submitting credits to MobyGames:

1. Credit groups. Help text in the credit wizard states that credits must always be put into groups, and that if there are no groups in the credits, then the game's title should be used as the name of a group. Well, if a game has a long list of ungrouped credits, should still I group the credits by category (making groups for Testers, Thanks, etc. where they didn't exist in the source material) or simply enter all the credits into one big group?
2. Hyperlinks. On rare occasions, I've found games whose credits are hosted online, usually on the game's official website. Sometimes, names in these credits contain hyperlinks to other websites such as developer portfolios or server providers (see here for an example). Should I include the hyperlinks when I enter credits like these into MobyGames? If so, how would I format them?
