Hey to anyone reading. I’m currently looking for the person responsible specifically for the Classic Doom ports within Doom 3 Limited Collectors Edition. I’m a speedrunner for that specific port of classic doom and I have a question or two that I’d like the answer to. If anyone can help, you can reach me at Twitter @THiEF_HD209 or Discord THiEF#7110.

Doom Wiki to the rescue:
The Ultimate Doom and Doom II were included in Doom 3 Collector's Edition for the Xbox, which was released in 2005. [...] The port was programmed by Vicarious Visions.
Unfortunately a specific person is not named. So if you're really interested, you can try pestering Vicarious Visions... good luck.
EDIT: You could also try asking on the Doomworld forums; they're the experts.
