The Dungeon of Trials DLC opens the closed-off sections beyond 6F in the Dungeon of Trials, allowing for full exploration of its depths. New quests and adventures await therein, but beware: These lower sections are intended for high-ranking players only, with difficulties the likes of which you've surely not seen up above.
