Description

This game combines two industries in one -- video gaming and medicine. Through the use of a biotechnology, hook yourself up to a specially designed biofeedback unit and explore your inner self, all while delving into a graphically rich adventure.

The creators call the experience "Inner-Activity". Through 40 activities, help reduce stress, increase self esteem, relaxation, energy, productivity and even your physical and mental performance.

Gameplay is point-and-click through 3D graphics surrounded by an orchestrated musical score intended to uplift, entertain and enhance mood.

The game costs about $160 as of June 2004 due to the fact that the box includes the expensive USB biofeedback hardware which hooks up to your fingers. This is the hardware that helps teach you to manage stress, as most puzzles require you to control things such as your heartbeat to progress through the game.
