Description
Ridge Racer 2 is a second arcade racing game in the Ridge Racer series.
Core gameplay mechanics and game elements remain the same as in the first game, but several new features were added to this release: a rear-view mirror - so players are able to see opponents' cars catching them from behind; the change between day and night for better immersion; new and remixed old songs were added to the soundtrack. The major novelty - is addition of multiplayer support of up to eight players that can race simultaneously.
