LOS ANGELES, Dec. 11, 1997 /PRNewswire/ -- Legacy Software(R) (Nasdaq: LGCY) announced the launch of an innovative marketing program, in cooperation with Court TV, to generate consumer awareness for "D.A. Pursuit of Justice," Legacy's latest RealPlay(R) CD-ROM simulation, Legacy Software is licensing a legal trivia game taken from D.A. entitled "Legal Pursuit," for use on the newly redesigned Court TV website, at http://www.courttv.com/games/. This will expose Court TV's broad audience to the award winning "D.A. Pursuit of Justice" CD-ROM.

In a move expected to benefit both companies, Court TV's web visitors choose "games" then "Legal Pursuit" from the options available on the website. Next, they choose the level of difficulty. A question appears, and they select an answer from the multiple choices available. (There are more than 100 questions in total.) The on-line judge pounds his gavel and indicates whether or not the answer is correct. In addition to hosting the "Legal Pursuit" game, Court TV is selling individual cases of the award winning "D.A. Pursuit of Justice" from its website, for $29.99/each.

According to Dr. Ariella Lehrer, President of Legacy Software, "We are really pleased to be working with Court TV. They have a truly informative website, and adding our interactive game "Legal Pursuit" makes the experience even more engaging for their customers. We are trying to reach many of the same people they are with a non-competing product, "D.A. Pursuit of Justice," which makes Court TV an ideal marketing partner."
