HEADBONES INVITES KIDS TO HOP ABOARD THE GIGGLEBONE GANG'S WORLD TOUR

New title in award-wining series introduces countries and cultures to kids.

Seattle, WA--(November 5, 1996)--Headbone Interactive today shipped a new addition to its growing library of multimedia titles for children entitled the Gigglebone Gang's World Tour, featuring the same delightful cast of characters introduced in the company's previous Gigglebone Gang products for ages 4 and up. The product is on store shelves now for $19.95.

The members of the Gigglebone Gang are the perfect hosts as they guide kids on a fun-filled romp around the globe, visiting ten different countries and learning about new cultures and customs along the way. As young players follow Velma the Pig, Monkie Sue and the rest of the Gang to far-off lands, they learn geography, social studies, history, folklore and more through songs, stories, photos, facts, and creative activities. Each of the ten countries has five interactive activities delivering information and fun in typical compelling Headbone fashion.

"We're hoping that The Gigglebone Gang's World Tour finds a place in every adventurous kid's software library," said Headbone CEO Susan Lammers. "The content is incredibly deep with history, song, language, geography and more, it's a perfect introduction to the vast richness of the world and its cultures. And beyond that, no one can engage kids and compel them to learn in such a completely entertaining way as the Gigglebone Gang."

Other titles in the Gigglebong Gang Series include AlphaBonk Farm, an early learning barnyard adventure which won a prestigious "Parents' Choice" award; Pantsylvania, where kids get a "leg up" on social studies; and Infinity City, another amazing place where math and numbers take on a life of their own. Other kudos and rave reviews include The Computer Museum's Top 10 List as published in US News & World Report, and Home PC's Award of Excellence. Hardware requirements are either a Macintosh with minimum 8 MB RAM with 2.5 MB available, System 6.0.7 or higher, 256 color monitor and CD-ROM drive, or PC with 8MB RAM, Windows 3.1 or higher, 256 color VGA monitor, and a MPC compatible double speed CD-ROM drive.

Headbone Interactive was formed in 1993 with a goal of becoming the premier producer of original, off-beat programs for home consumers. In addition to Broderbund distributing its products in the US and Canada, the company's products are distributed in Germany, the UK, Japan, Scandinavia, Holland and Korea.
