Short Take: ABC, OT Sports announce interactive game

November 4, 1996 -- ABC and OT Sports announced ABC's Monday Night Football I.Challenge, a football game which can be played in real time over the Internet. Users log on to the OT Sports Web site or ABC's Monday Night Football Web site to participate in the I.Challenge, which begins on November 5 and continues each week of the NFL regular season. The game is a 3D simulation that features all 30 National Football League teams with real stadiums, logos, and 1996-97 rosters.
