Videocart-18: Hangman
This preprogrammed cartridge plugs into the console of the Fairchild Video Entertainment System for more TV fun on the Channel F Network. The classic word game with 64 computerized twists. Challenge a friend or take on the computer. But be careful, the computer will give you plenty of rope to hang up your score, and there's "knot" much room for error.
**Hangman and Variations
(1 & 2 players):**
■ Hangman (computer) - Like regular Hangman, but you guess the computer's words.
■ Hangman (own words) - You and your opponent make up words for each other to guess. Like the old classroom favorite, but this time your TV becomes the blackboard.
■ Free Letter - The computer gives you a "freebee" letter to get started.
■ Where - The computer will take one of your correct letter guesses, let you know it's right, but not where it belongs.
■ No Length - This time the computer doesn't even tell you how many letters are in the word.
■ Squeeze - In this variation, you not only have to guess the correct letters, but their positions, too.
■ Mix-up - In this variation, the computer challenges you to unscramble its anagrams.
