Description

Le vampire fou (the crazy/mad vampire) is the first French text adventure sold in France.

In this game players guide a man through the castle of Dracula. The game screen consists of a graphics area near the top, with short animations, and a text area with a prompt near the bottom. For the input many abbreviations are used based on the French language, such as H for Up (Haut) or B for Down (Bas). Text input always consists of an infinitive along with a noun. The goal of the game is to explore the castle, locate Count Dracula, and defeat him. In order to do that the man will need to bring together a number of objects by searching the different rooms and solving puzzles.
