Controlling either Guppi or her boyfriend Fin, players can compete in five different events: Street Luge, Skateboarding, In-line Skating, Surfing and Skyboarding.

In the Xtreme Island Adventure Mode, players will compete against more than 200 competitors on 25 unique courses. Drinking Twitchy Shake power-ups and earning medals along the way, players have to prove themselves in competition before new events become available.

Now available, Xtreme Sports is compatible only with Game Boy Color.
