Sonic is Back and is bigger than ever! The sequel maintains the exciting and thrilling experience of the first and delivers even more. Featuring new character Cream combined with even bigger and more diverse stages to challenge the most experienced of platform fans. Each character has more special abilities including mid-air tricks, providing multiple ways of navigating the environments. As always speed is the focus of the game, which has been re-enforced by an added multiple speed feature, where by the more rings collected the faster you travel.

The Tiny Chao Garden has returned, featuring new mini games including Cream's Chao Super High Jump game, two multiplayer games for up to 4 players and bonus features which must be unlocked.

Deranged scientist Dr. Eggman has devised yet another dastardly scheme. He's planning to build a Dr. Eggman empire by kidnapping animals and turning them into robots. This time, he's kidnapped Knuckles and Tails too!

Needless to say, the Sonic team is coming to straighten things out! Sonic, Knuckles, Tails, Amy Rose and newcomer Cream the Rabbit join forces to battle the nefarious Dr. Eggman.

Each character has unique abilities. Using strategy, quickness and brains, you'll plow through six zones en route to a showdown with the bad doctor in the Final Zone.

You can grow and play minigames with cute little creatures called Chao. You can transfer Chao to Sonic Adventure 2: Battle GCN via a Nintendo GameCube Game Boy Advance Cable. You can also link to Sonic Adventure DX: Director's Cut for Chao fun on the go.

Multiplayer Modes

Limited multiplayer action can be had with just one Game Pak, GBAs for every player and enough GBA Game Link Cables to connect all systems.
