I recently sent a trivia update detailing some differences between "Crazy Cars III" and "Lamborghini", and since then I've been playing both. Honestly, the more I play them, the more I think they should have their own entries, as it is the case with "Panza Kick Boxing" and "Best of the best".
Seriously, they came out in different years, have a different license and have specific versions, 8 bit versions for CC3 and for Nintendo consoles for "Lamborghini".

Those differences you listed in the trivia section didn't really set off an alarm for me to require a split for this entry. Granted this site isn't always consistent on when to split or not. Just stating my opinion. I also quickly skimmed a SNES playthrough and compared it to the Amiga screenshots and the game flow seemed similar enough to me.
