Attack of the Mutant Zombies

Attack of the Mutant Zombies is a SNES-style role-playing game created with RPG Maker XP.

The old adventurer Bill has been diagnosed with a fatal disease. But since he wants to die with "the compass in hand" he decides to go on one last adventure: a journey to the ghost town Dhampville. When he arrives at Dhampville an unknown man rushes up to him and shouts about a zombie invasion before he dies of a heart attack. Bill must now destroy the queen of the zombies to rid the town from the zombies. During his adventure Bill will meet several of characters in need of help who will join him on his quest.

The player starts with Bill on level one; as he gains experience points, he can advance to level fifteen. Spell points (SP) are useful for casting spells both in combat (for healing and doing massive amount of damage) and out of combat for healing. Enemies are encountered randomly in the game except in a few cases when the encounters are predetermined (such as meeting the queen of the zombies). Bill's original equipment (a walking stick and a cloak) won't keep him alive for long in Dhampville, but new equipment can be found in chests or bought from merchants.
