The game starts with an animated introduction that's very like the TV show and may even be from the TV show
Here's Des Lynam introducing the show. he introduces quite a few other bits but never moves from the spot so this will be the only screenshot of him
This is Carol Vorderman. She also takes part in the introduction, loads the letters and numbers and does the math
The main menu.
Player selection. Before playing either game the number of players MUST be specified
The Letters Round: Carol Vorderman picks the vowels and consonants and loads them into the grid
The Letters Round: When nine letters have been selected there is a pause to allow the players to copy them down. Then the presenter starts the clock
The Countdown Clock: The same clock is used for all rounds
The Letters Round: When the timer has expired the players are each asked for their longest word
The Numbers Round: When the timer has expired the players are each asked how close to the target number their calculation got
At the end of a round the scores for the players are given individually
The Conundrum Round: An example puzzle
At the end of the game the DVD announces the winner
The Conundrum Game: There are five conundrum puzzles in each game
The Conundrum Game: After pressing the DVD remote control the players are asked if they got the answer correct
