Solitaire's Journey

Moby ID: 1986

DOS version

The best of everything, but still simple

The Good
The graphics are terrific, there are ways to personalize the game, the stats are clear and comparison graphs are good. The whole game is done in a very straightforward format, with drop down menus and it's easy to get in and out of. It has a good selection of options, but not enough to overpower or get bogged down with. The actual game selection is terrific, and the rules are easy to get, in one click.

The Bad
There is not one single thing I didn't like about it.

The Bottom Line
In this flurry of graphic intense, sophisticated games, this is still the most fun and simple game I ever owned. I prefer it to the other many solitaire game versions I have. It has the best game selection and format. I have played it without mouse control and sound for the last five years, it's that good. Even with the absence of those options (due to loss of the original floppy disk), I still prefer it to any other. It simply has the best of everything.
