Bentley Bear was originally to be called Braveheart Bear, but a Native American activist group protested the name.
Spectrum release
In a rather strange marketing move, US Gold made the Spectrum version 'Limited Edition', not pressing any more copies after the initial run. Stranger still, they later reissued the game on budget, and on a magazine cover-tape later still. The conversion was some time after the other formats, and not perceived as being of a high quality, so perhaps they wanted to limit the damage to their reputation.
