You can grab this block and push it to reach higher places. Beware not to fall, the picks would kill you.
You can use your guns anytime, but they are not useful in this situation. Oush the level and take the object.
Take the medikit to recover life... You really need it you are almost dead. Be careful not to hit arrows...
You will have to jump not to be killed. Sometimes even if you are a bit short in your jump, Lara will catch the edge and haul herself.
