After a short shock, Talorel remembers what happened... An interesting short scene in retro movie style.

Talorel must first find his halo. It is in fact visible in the background, but Talorel soon discovers the limitations of earthly physics: he can't just make it appear within his reach.

Inside farmer Bill's cottage.

Walking through the woods to Heaven's Hope (this is the actual name of the town, introduced by the fanatic inquisitor Greta).

The pub. On Greta's orders, it only serves non-alcoholic drinks, and all stools have been confiscated as firewood for the pyre...

Gate to the graveyard. We have to wait before we can get inside because the gravedigger won't let us in - even when he's supposedly snoozing...

The town's library is a very useful place, Talorel can read excerpts from several books here.

There's a secret opium den in the back of Mai Lin's tailor shop. Talorel gets high from second-hand opium smoke...

...In this game, the room turns green during the visionary sequence and sways, which reminded me of the scenes with Franklin's ghost in "Thimbleweed Park".

The witch's hut is hidden inside the forest and finding it requires some effort on Talorel's part...

...But still, he can consider himself invited - the witch has sent for him because she wants to help him through having him help a ghost.

The graveyard. A slightly annoying puzzle, but I'm glad that the epitaphs can be read - another recurring motif in games.

In the back of Bloomford's workshop. Since Talorel can't grow his wings back on Earth, the flying ship is his only chance at returning to Heaven.

During his adventures, Talorel has done quite a few slightly nasty things to people. Which creates another condition for reentering Heaven: he needs absolution for his sins.

Talorel has found a right place for the exorcism. Now he checks whether everything is prepared...

We get a map early in the game and after some time we get all locations on the map (although, not including building interiors for example).

After Talorel has fallen in the catacombs, he knows the way back.

The church bell mechanism. Talorel has to ring the bell to lure possessed Greta out of her office...

The exorcism - and let's stop at this point, quite shortly before the ending...
