I am pretty sure this is the same game (except changed title screen) as the game I own: "The Ryder Cup by Johnnie Walker" (2x Floppy DOS).

If you look at the screenshots of IOGC it has the "R" on the options button. So that makes me wonder if IOGC is actually a re-release of "Ryder Cup".
