Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series - Episode 2: Under Pressure

Continuing on the previous episode, guardians are in awe as they find Star-Lord brought back to life onboard Milano, their spaceship, with a little trinket called the Eternity Forge they took after defeating Thanos. Check to see if their leader is all well? Ask him how he feels after they just saw him die? Nope, those are not the questions their loyal team asks. They take to arms and try to kill him, not really being convinced it's him that's back. It takes a little convincing before they calm, and Hala's battleship firing at the guardians prompts for delay of explanations and urges haste escape.

Guardians realized that Eternity Forge holds great power and why Thanos was, and Hala still is, after it. But there are some questions to be asked, and Peter Quill, to the rest of the galaxy known as Star-Lord, thinks of noone better to ask than Yondu, his old mentor and father-figure who raised him after his mother passed away. In an attempt to check the device, Yondu reached to grab Eternity Forge only to witness the vision of young Peter and his mother, a memory from Peter's past. Although the vision was slightly different than the first time Peter relieved it.

As it appears, the next on agenda is to grab Nebula, Gamora's sister. Postponing promise he gave to Rocket, Star-Lord heads to an area of space where Nova Crops are bent on destroying Nebula's spaceship. Whether an ally or not, Peter isn't going to allow that to happen, so daring rescue takes place and Nebula is brought onboard the Milano. If not dealing with Rocket's request first, he'll steal Eternity Forge and go about his business alone. Tracking him to an abandoned lab on Halfworld, Peter inadvertently witnesses the memory from Rocket's past and find out how he was experimented on along with another female rodent he grew to love, but who didn't make it. Rocket's idea was to use Eternity Forge to try and resurrect her, but alas, to no avail.

As the episode approaches its end, the team head on back to the ruins where they defeated Thanos to find out more about what Eternity Forge is and how it works. With a help of a time scanner gadget, Peter retraces Hala's steps and uncovers coordinates that hold the secret about Eternity Forge. The team heads to the coordinates and there they uncover the tomb. Peter opens it...
