There is a revision in the queue which probably means this entry should be split:
"The C64 and ZX Spectrum of this game is an updated version of Last Ninja 2: Back With a Vengeance."
"Amiga and Atari ST version was a remake too, with both graphical and sound enhancements, of The Last Ninja, first game of the saga, that was never published for 16 bit computers."

The two versions are definitely different. The only question is how we should handle them. From what I read it's very much possible Remix doesn't need an entry of its own at all:
C64: this is Last Ninja 2, only with new music and some graphical changes in the decorative screen frame. Game as such is exactly the same. So could be listed with LN2.
Amiga/ST: this is just the 16-bit port of Last Ninja 1, so could be listed with LN1.
