Technically, all information about the European release of Final Fantasy X should be listed here, because all the added content was added to the base release of the game in Europe (2002).
Would that be worth the move?

There are lots of games like this (Metal gear Solid and Resident Evil 2 are other good examples). So far I've gotten nowhere proposing splits. Everyone seems to go by the name rather than the content.
