This will unlock all of the gallery items for the downloadable characters.

*NOTE: In order to see all of the gallery items, you MUST have already downloaded the additional characters!

*NOTE: If -Show all Character- is used, the art for the additional characters can be viewed without actually downloading them.

*NOTE: If -Unlock all Voices- has already been used, only the new character's voices will be available for use in the Event Creator.
