University student Nishijima Kousaku agrees to be part of a scientific expedition on a tropical island, organized by his professor. Shortly before reaching the island, a storm breaks out and the crew is getting shipwrecked. After being washed ashore, the scattered team is exploring the island in search for the missing professor. While struggling to survive, they unravel a dark and supernatural secret that threatens their lives.

Ushinawareta Rakuen is an adult-themed Japanese visual novel with strong elements of mystery, horror and sex. At certain points in the game, the player can pick his next action from a multiple choice menu. Depending on the player's decisions, different plot lines will be triggered, leading to one of the many possible good or bad endings.
