How sure are we that this title was copied correctly from the game (no covers...)? As the way it is written now, is actually grammatically incorrect in Dutch. It should be Nationale Spellingwedstrijd... It would be quite ironical to have a spelling error in the title of a game about spelling...

I replied: "We volgen de schrijfwijze op de cover, al is het natuurlijk vrij ironisch dat een game over spelling zo verkeerd gespeld wordt."
We probably should make an exception here, it's clearly meant to be written in a single word.

I found it listed here: cdii blogspot. They have it as Spellingwedstrijd.
