Eternal Senia

Eternal Senia is an RPG created as a tribute to Ragnarok Online. It uses characters and other design elements from that game. The protagonist Senia for instance is inspired by Ygnizem Seniar from RO. The game is 2D and shown from an almost top-down view.

The game is completely keyboard driven. The basic attack is activated by bumping into enemies. Special move attacks based on available mana are activated using keyboard keys. The special moves become available as the character gains levels. Experience is used to purchase upgrades for the special moves.

Basic enemies move around the levels, but do not target the character directly. The stronger, boss-like, versions of the enemy will target the character. When enemies are killed they drop items that can be combined together to create new weapons. Some items can also be found in the chests located in the levels.

Some levels contain environment based puzzles and require moving objects around the level. The graphics of the game are done in anime-style, and dialogue is not voiced, but there is music.
