Richard started at an early age creating levels in the Unreal Engine and working on mods such as "www.rps.net/NE". His first job in the industry took him to London where he was appointed to work on GBA titles 'Lord of The Rings', 'Incredible Hulk', and 'Army Men 2 Operation Green'. He then worked for Headfirst Games on the Xbox Title 'Call of Cthulhu' and then went on to spend over two and a half years at Midway working on the Vin Diesel title 'Wheelman'.

Richard is now 24 years old and working as a Designer for Kuju London (aka Headstrong Games). He is interested in theorising design related principles and solutions to common problems the industry faces and has written several articles on game design, one of which can be found on gamasutra.com entitled "A Matter of Luck".
