From 1993-1999 Mr. Hight worked under John Smedley and Kelly Flock as Producer/Studio Manager at SCEA (Sony Imagesoft and Sony Interactive Studios) and started the creative services division that created motion capture, audio, and video for Sony Playstation titles. In 2006 Mr. Hight entered a new realm of the computer video game world and worked in the Consumer Hardware as opposed to the software development side of the industry. Mr. Hight worked at Mad Catz as Director of Sales/New Business Development through November 2007.
