Glen Swan is an North American Community Manager at Norwegian Publisher and Developer Funcom for such titles as Dreamfall: The Longest Journey, Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures and Anarchy Online.
Glen started got his break within the industry in 2006 by becoming an Quality Assurance Tester for Funcom's hit adventurer console title Dreamfall: The Longest Journey. Since then Glen has moved into community management under current Age of Conan Game Director Craig Morrison who was at the time Community Manager. Glen served as Community Coordinator under Craig Morrison for many months until Craig Morrison became Game Director for Anarchy Online.
Glen eventually moved into a more leadership role from Community Coordinator to Community Manager in 2008 for all of Funcom's active products. Since then he has served under Senior Community Manager Oliver Kunz on an regional team of Community Managers for the US, German, French and Spanish languages.
Glen is currently still active and serving as US Community Manager for Funcom as of August 1st, 2009.
