From the grimy streets of Pine Bluff, Arkansas K-Diamondz began free styling in high school and made his first mix tapes in college. The rapper got his first lessons on distribution when he decided to sell his music while he was delivering pizza for Papa Johns. While in college he was known for throwing parties and hosting his own radio show "Street Radio."

After graduating from college he interned for TVT records and sold cd's for money. After graduating from college he moved to Dallas, TX where he released the underground classic Let Me In. Two years later he moved to Los Angeles to pursue his rap career. Since then he has went on to work with producer Dieon Evans who produced "Brenda's Got a Baby" for Tupac and Roe from the group Something for the People who has produced for Brandy' and Neyo. His 2005 mix tape Will Rap for Food sold over 15, 00 copies in Arkansas, California, and Texas.

After living on the West Coast for a few years K-Diamondz decided to move back to Dallas and start his own record label Street Pop Records. Currently he insists that he is the ..1 unsigned artist in hip-hop, and according to myspace.com K-Diamondz may be right. Take a listen to the new single "Diamondz Shining" and "The Question" which was rated hip-hop song of the year by Street Scholars magazine and received over 1,000 hits in two days.
